COVID-19 Statement

Southdowns clinic will be unable to see you if you or anyone in the household have symptoms of a cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell or is currently in isolation due to symptoms.

Our priority is the safety of everyone, staff and patients alike.

Our appointments allow time to disinfect between patients.

• Our policy continues to be that patients wear a face covering or mask, masks can be purchased at the clinic if required.
• Alcohol gel is available in the waiting room.
• A Perspex screen is fitted at the reception office.
• Patients are encouraged to attend their appointment alone and arrive no earlier than five minutes before the appointment time, anyone arriving more than five minutes late will not be seen and have to make another appointment unless in exceptional circumstances.
• Payment by debit card or cash.

Southdowns clinics priority is the safety of everyone who enters the clinic premises and will continue to risk assess daily, and make changes as necessary.
